We always recommend all our guests take out holiday cancellation insurance as standard.

Cancellation policy – There will be no refunds in ANY circumstances for cancellations made within 7 days of the arrival date. If the booking is cancelled between 28 and 8 days before the arrival date, then a refund of 50% of the balance payment will be made.

BED & BREAKFAST  A non-refundable deposit is required to book each room. This will be the cost of the first night on each room reserved. (The deposit is non-refundable in ALL circumstances.) The balance due on all remaining nights on all rooms booked is payable on arrival.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE – After reading our Booking Terms and Conditions above you may wish to insure against cancellation of your holiday. We can send you an application form from GuestFirst Insurance (or you may already have your own holiday cancellation insurance in place). Covid 19 –  you should check if Covid insurance is included in any policy you choose. If you have to cancel because of a national Covid 19 lockdown or you test positive for Covid 19, we will do our best to offer you alternative dates (NB alternative dates may have seasonal price differences).

DOGS/PETS – We allow up to 2 well-behaved small or medium size pets (with prior arrangement) in Golden Hours and Driftwood Holiday Cottages and charge a £50 fee per pet. Owners are politely requested to keep their animals off the furniture and out of sleeping and eating areas, and to bring their pets’ own sleeping baskets. Owners are also asked to clear up after their pets. However we DO NOT allow dogs/pets anywhere inside or outside Breakers Bed and Breakfast, or Little Breakers Beach House, or Sunrising Holiday Cottage. Dogs/pets are also not permitted to stay in vehicles which are parked on any of these properties.’
